The learning curve was not very steep for me, although my job as a low-level contractor probably doesn't use all of it's capabilities. They should be able to train you based on their methodology and being a fresh new grad, you are the perfect candidate since you don't have pre-existing knowledge that may sway you to do things differently.

I have very minimal knowledge of coding and my background is not in utilities. Does anyone have any insight or resources on Smallworld that might be able to help me out? Documentation seems very sparse from some quick Google searches. I graduated last Spring and have essentially only used ArcGIS software in college and my last job, and have minimal experience with QGIS and Whitebox GAT.
